Welcome to Something Special
What makes a truly unforgettable vacation? It’s not just a beautiful location—it’s the perfect combination of authentic island living, genuine hospitality, and effortless access to everything that matters. At Peachy Beach, you’ll discover what sets us apart from typical resorts and rental properties. Here’s what makes your stay exceptional:

Authentic Cunucu Living
Stay in a beautifully restored traditional Aruban house with modern luxury. Experience how locals live, not how tourists vacation.

From Sofa to Surf
Your island playground awaits! Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear let you explore Savaneta’s vibrant reef right from your doorstep.

South Coast Central
Peaceful seclusion with convenient access. Minutes to Baby Beach, Arikok National Park, and major attractions—without the Palm Beach crowds.

Direct Oceanfront Access
True beachfront luxury with nothing between you and the Caribbean Sea. Unlike hotels set back from the shore, or houses across the street, step directly from your private terrace onto pristine sand and sea.

Boutique Hospitality
You’re not a room number here. Enjoy personalized service, local insights, and attention to detail that only a privately-owned property can provide.

World-Class Dining
Walk to iconic restaurants like Zeerover and Flying Fishbone. The island’s best seafood is steps away.
See, hear, feel, taste, and smell the unique experience that is Peachy Beach
We love our guests…
…and they love us too.

Very accommodating host & team and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back and hope to stay again.Posted on Teri CountsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Truly a little piece of paradise for those loving a low key lifestyle. There were so many things to keep us busy at the Peachy Beach bungalow/villas (swimming, kayaking, paddle boards and 3 amazing restaurants in close walking distance). We enjoyed morning coffee and gorgeous sunsets at the waters edge. I'm looking forward to staying again next time I'm in Aruba.Posted on Rich Wood1Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An excellent villa, right on the ocean! The open air kitchen is perfect.Posted on Mary RountreeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely incredible experience!!! If you are even considering staying here- book it!! My husband and I stayed for a week for our honeymoon and already can’t wait to come back.Posted on Julia RicciTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. what an amazing trip! the best airbnb i’ve ever had. the communication was impeccable! within minutes i was receiving a response. the location was quiet and cozy in a non touristy area. our beach was amazing. when we got tired of other areas we came back to the house and relaxed at the beach. well definitely be back !Posted on Rachel BerryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I booked our stay at the Peachy Beach Beachfront Romantic One-Bedroom Villa for my husband's 50th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Even though there is a shared space and the beach is technically public, for most of the time we hardly saw anyone else and felt like we had our own private oasis. We used a lot of the equipment provided (snorkeling gear, beach chairs and cooler, kayaks, etc.) and it was in good condition and added to our enjoyment and experience. Dan, Fiar, and team were very attentive and communicated well throughout our stay and addressed any minor concerns that arose. The surrounding area is quiet, and we walked to dinner a couple nights and felt completely safe. Centrally located to all beaches. Also, Dan and Fiar provided great recommendations for food and fun, which we greatly appreciated. Many choices for grocery stores and the gas grill was nice for making meals at our home away from home too. This place is a must stay and we plan to be back!Posted on KatieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I LOVED our stay at peachy beach!! We stayed in the two bedroom private villa in Savaneta. Fiar was awesome and met us upon arrival to show us around. He also had GREAT suggestions and was super responsive!! He made our stay wonderful. We felt right at home, and being able to step off the back patio and literally into the ocean was incredible. Savaneta is so chill and laid back, it felt like a little slice of paradise. Although the grounds are shared by other guests, the unit we stayed in had the completely private patio area. I can't say enough good things, but I will say if you are contemplating- STOP, and just book it!! You will be so happy you did!Posted on Stephanie UnderwoodTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There was absolutely nothing missing from our trip. Fiar the property manager was incredible and added something to the trip we didn’t expect. His expertise and friendliness was top notch. He made sure we had everything we needed - including a discussion about sports for us sports enthusiasts. Best property manager ever. I requested a yoga mat and it was there like magic. Nice selection of snacks and beverages just in case you can’t make it to the grocery store right away. Absolutely no complaints. Would / Will stay again.Posted on Heather BallardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a true local experience. If you want to see the real Aruba & not just stay at the tourist resort area then this is your place! It is easy to get anywhere on the whole island & there is parking right in front. You can walk to Zeerovers & Flying Fishbone. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. We picked up a bottle of tequila & Cointreau at the duty free shop in the airport & made margaritas in the evenings. The only negative was something completely outside of the host’s control & that is the mosquitoes are very bad. We bought Deep Woods Off & that kept us from being bit. You have to wear something anytime you sit outside. Inside the AC works wonderfully. The sunsets over the water are amazing. It was a wonderful stay. We tried many of Dan & Fiar’s recommendations & they were all spot on. See if you can get a reservation at La Tavola. It is a hidden gem that they shared with us.Posted on Jennifer ellisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beautiful villa, quite and semi-private. If you like a slower pace this is the place to go, our villa was absolutely perfect for us. Close to some great restaurants and not a far drive if you want to checkout the tourist spots.Posted on Google rating score: 5.0 of 5,

KimVerified Definitely our new place in Aruba. Can’t beat it over the hotels. Fiar was our person on the property and he was absolutely amazing for anything we needed. Loved our time on the water and the outdoor kitchen was a different experience but we loved it. Shopped at local stores and cooked most of our meals on our gorgeous patio. Great communication and taxi recommendations the whole time. Richard and Josh are awesome and we felt safe, well taken care of the whole time. It was hard to leave. Thanks to the whole team!!Posted on MarkVerified This place in Saveneta was great. The property manager went above and beyond each day we were there. Sadly, we struggled with plumbing problems the first 3 days which were very inconvenient, but the property manager stayed in touch and did everything possible to correct. The plumbing was a problem, but not the management. If not for the plumbing, this would have been 5 stars. We would not hesitate to book another stay at this property or another with this owner/manager.Posted on VickieVerified Loved the beachfront living, nothing like having your morning coffee with that view. Fun making breakfast/ dinner ocean front. Enjoyed the beach area. Definitely worth renting a car, so many great beach areas nearby to enjoy. Loved that there are two great restaurants in walking distance!! Thanks Dan for sharing this beautiful beach Villa! Thanks Fiar for all your help with our stay.Posted on RichardVerified The villa was perfect and the snorkeling was fun.we love having breakfast to the sounds and smell of the sea right there!Posted on MaryVerified If you are thinking about it- book it!! My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon. It was absolute magic. Waking up to the view of the ocean was incredible. We even had a private chef come so we could have a sunset dinner on the beach outside the property. There were guests in some of the neighboring units but we almost never saw them. This is definitely the best spot in the complex. We are already talking about going back!Posted on BlancaVerified La vida es mejor en la playa y en la casa de Dan, simplemente la mejor decisión.Tener el mar en frente, solo para ti y disfrutar. Nadar, hacer snorkel, descansar en total privacidad con las mejores vistas.Viaje inolvidable!Cocinar y descansar frente al mar!Gracias Dan por compartir tu linda propiedad.Posted on GennetVerified Our stay at Dan's Beachfront Suite was amazing! The space is exactly as pictured, serene, private, tropical, magical, and functional. And although it is a shared property, honestly, privacy is maintained--there's no requirement to interact with the other guests unless you so choose. We had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary, we found rest and relaxation and was able to cook and entertain ourselves to our own liking. We had great access to the sea and to the patio for sunbathing, we enjoyed amazing sunsets on the horizon, each night and lived our best lives! Savaneta--the local town in which the unit is located--is also a beautifully quaint corner of the island--a real gem. Our co-host Fiar, was as charming as he was helpful, readily available, and wonderfully informed about all things Aruba. We will absolutely visit Dan's spot again. Thanks so much!Posted on PatrickVerified It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s one year birthday- cake by the ocean beautiful view and quietPosted on HeatherVerified This was a true local experience. At first, we were a little skeptical, but as soon as we became acclimated, it was hands down the best Aruba experience. First, the location was great because it was between everything, both South and North of the island. Next, the place had all the accommodations to make it feel like home with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and plenty of lounge chairs. The view was amazing, breathtaking to wake up every morning and enjoy coffee and sunsets.Last but not least, Fier was an excellent property manager. Fier texted us recommendations for our stay, which helped us determine some things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba.Posted on Airbnb rating score: 5.0 of 5,
