How do I make a return?

  • Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return
  • Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all PeachyBeach and designer garment tags still attached. Please ensure the item has no make up, fake tan or other marks on it.
  • We must receive the item back within 14 days from receipt to issue a refund.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Returning your purchase

  • Please email us at detailing the item you wish to return and whether you require an exchange or refund.
  • Please print your original invoice and enclose with the item(s) and package up securely using the original packaging if possible.
  • Please do keep your proof of postage- we cannot be responsible for items not received back.
  • Please note we do not refund the cost of original postage and the cost of returning your package to us.

When Will I receive my Refund?

If you are eligible for a refund we will do so within 3 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment whether it be PayPal or credit/debit card.

We do not refund any postal costs.

Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service. We recommend you return item(s) via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, please make sure you insure the item(s) to cover the total value. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or it arrives after the the 14 day period.
